You need to buy a minimum number of shares
which is currently forty (40) @GH$5.00 per share
amounting to GH$200.00.
Members are at liberty to buy more shares on
monthly basis or as and when you have the money.
One member must not own more than 20% of the
total assets of the union.
Kindly note that credit union concept entitles
members to have one vote each irrespective of the
number of shares a member holds.
Kindly Note: You cannot withdraw your shares since it is the
capital base of the union until you exit. However,
you will receive a yearly dividend on shares as long
as the union makes surplus in the year.
